Funnily, Guzman comes from gut Man. Or, good man.
ОтветитьI dont think they would be able to keep him in custody with only one witness and no other evidence. Does anybdody else know how this works because he wasnt at the scene of the crime at the time of the arrest what reason did they use to arrest him? Was it the gun he had on him? And the fact that the woman was found to be coached through her statement makes the case even more flimsey. And do you really think the dea wouldnt send people to watch him after having that much money dumped off. The fat black lady would have had agents immediatly.
ОтветитьSince lalo jumped bail, what happens to the 7million? I think it should go to Fred's family.
Ответить"The guy u murdered in cold blood".
ОтветитьVery interesting how the courtroom is excellently maintained, all except for that black spot of mold growing on the ceiling behind Saul. I think it's a reflection of how he's becoming corrupt, and equally becoming a stain on what the legal system is supposed to represent.
ОтветитьThe part where he's staring off into space and cutting to the judge talking to him, is such a cool twist on a common trope, where the protagonist usually wakes up and goes "What? Huh?". No, Jimmy doesn't miss a beat. He is scumbag lawyering on auto-pilot at this point.
ОтветитьI like to think that during that sidebar that we couldn't hear saul told the judge to make the bond a shitload of money thinking that lalo won't be able to pay it
ОтветитьI like guzman how he waves at them 😂
ОтветитьThis reminds me the scene in the movie Devil’s advocate, in which a lawyer tore down and destroyed a little girl who is molested by his client who was sexually aroused hearing about it at court
ОтветитьI'm free !!! Never went to prison !!
ОтветитьSeeing the ceiling tiles covered in mold in the back, representative of the inner decay of our justice system
ОтветитьDude what sentence is that 7 Million Cash and you're free or else you're going in.
This is so comical idk like they pretty much expected them to not have that amount of money so why not sentence him immediatly for prison?
Vince Gilligan is brilliant. Incredible TV
ОтветитьJimmys reaction when Lalo said I can do that haha it’s like wow wtf, such great acting
ОтветитьThe fact that the prosecutor was suprised Guzman could come up with the money just goes to show that his eigth amendment rights were violated. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
You can't set the bail amount over what the defendant would reasonably be able to come up with.
The look on her face when she sees his "family"😭
ОтветитьThe judge was also a judge on Malcolm in the middle
ОтветитьSaul: "The guy who died at the Travel Wire."
Lalo: "Hm."
As you can see, Lalo is overwhelmed with remorse, and is clearly thinking about it non-stop. Amazing how Lalo could create those realistic tears throughout the entire episode.
Family is everything. Getting him free was worth 7 million. Wonder how many legit families would spend that…
Ответитьi kinda get why cops see lawyers as the scum of the earth now. you spend months tracking guy, dead to rights, and this dude gets off on bail… for murder!
ОтветитьLalo really tested the limits of Jimmy's morality.
ОтветитьThat could have been avoided where lalo asks saul who are they,,,its pretty understandeable and lalo is portrayed way to smart in the show
Ответить"Your honor my client is built different"
Ответить7M bail is ludicrous lol
Ответитьso where the hell did that fake family come from? i need more detail on that and where did they go after
ОтветитьMy god i wish to lose my memory and bindwatch better call saul again.
ОтветитьThe ceiling tiles that are moldy on jimmys side represents his fall into corruption
Ответитьafter watching so many public and wondering what they're talking about in these "sidebars" and now finally we have a lawyer show and they still don't show us what they're saying there
ОтветитьOkay, but the fact that a potential murder suspect is permitted to go free so long as he has SEVEN MILLION DOLLARS . . . the law is such a fkin business dude hahaha
ОтветитьDoes Lalo know that the witness tampering was done by Gus and his guys in this scene or does he figure it out later? Or does he ever even figure it out?
ОтветитьAny lawyers care to chime in? Wouldn't Goodman have had a chance to get the charges completely dismissed at this arraignment (hearing?) given the circumstances he just kaid out? The only witness being tampered with.
ОтветитьThe greatest show of all time, yes even over breaking bad and sopranos
ОтветитьI love how lalo refers to the victims family as That
ОтветитьIsso aqui é simplesmente uma das melhores cenas de better call saul
Ответить7 Million 🤨
I can do that 😏
I wonder if those kids, later in life, ever thought about having been involved in this. Like, when Saul was wanted for helping Heisenberg.
ОтветитьAnd pick it up he did, and got it back…….in a reasonable amount of time
ОтветитьGage talking to me like
Ответить"Try not be too cool and look humble."
Man, if Lalo remembered those words in his last stand off with Gus and shot him instantly instead of acting "too cool" then Lalo might've won.
What is this a spin off of ?
ОтветитьThe judge was super smart to size Lalo up while at the same time dispensing justice appropriately based on the facts presented.
ОтветитьLobo do your thing
Ответить🎉
ОтветитьThe way Lalo looks at his fake family and waves at them is hillarious.
ОтветитьThe scene that made Saul Goodman a lawyer good in the underworld!! 😂
ОтветитьI like the way Saul tries to counsel Lalo to look humble and scared, and Lalo is like "sure" and then goes back to looking as unaffected as he was before Saul started talking.
Ответить"He's definitely not a dangerous, violent, career criminal with ties to people with millions of dollars in dirty money."
"Gotcha. So I should set the bail at an amount so high that he could only come up with it if he was a dangerous, violent, career criminal with ties to people with millions of dollars in dirty money."
The logic is breathtaking.
Regular person: 7 million? I’m gonna be here until the jail rots.
Lalo: hold my tacos 🌮
