Does iLinux have live mode?

Puppy Linux is one of those distros that can run completely from ram and i'm looking for a more up to date and better looking distro that can do the same. Was hoping iLinux can also run completely from ram.I want to have the OS at all times with me on a USB stick and it run completely from Ram and be able to save at the end of the session before shutting down directly on the USB.Can iLinux do what i described above?

Just a bloated linux distro.
