I am trying to get google keep to provide my desktop notification with a message and a sound rather than with just a silent, pop-up message.

I just wanted to learn something new...so I started with this notes app...how can I use this more effectively...

How do you make a shortcut to a particular Keep Note for the home screen on your android device?

For example: how do I pin my to do list to my home screen for easy access?

In addition to putting numbers out front to let the most important labels roll to the top, if there are labels you want to keep but use only occasionally, you can put a 'Z' in front of the label name and it rolls to the bottom.

Is there a way to cut (move) some checkboxes from one note and put them into another?

These are great tips. The numbering of labels is a good one to reorder things around. The archiving is very helpful.
