worst design i saw in the past decade...the whole BMW's exaggerated kidney(we should call them lung now..) front grill, is absolutely a design disaster.

Can some one please help me out. Does the M3 and M2 both have the thuds in your back that is added in there as I test drove the m2 and could fell it and like that bmw added that in to the gear changes but is this the same with the m3 and m4?

It’s just so god damn ugly. I don’t think the bkuetac blue paint helps, but both bumpers are super ugly. It’s looks very heavy and slab sided when viewed side on.

The last M2 was a great looking thing.

This car looks like it was designed after a game of Tetris by a pimply teen.

I hate that they took the console shifter away from the automatic and I don't think I would used to that large cell for a dash board. A large panel laying against the dash. Doesn't blend at all.

Comparing it to an M3/4 isn’t really fair. It’s cheaper because it has less power and is only available in rear wheel drive. The question you should be asking is, is the M3/4 20is grand better than the M2!

the m240i performs like 97% the same. tested 0-60 in 3.8s and quarter mile in 12.1

Virtually identical acceleration figures of the M240i which not only looks so much better but is over 15K less? Only thing I prefer is the M2 wheels otherwise huge disappointment echoed by numerous other people. Previous M2 is still one of the best M cars ever made & so much better to look at .

brake test at 60mp/h😅 i‘m german, more interesting would be for me a 250 to 0 test. because every steel brake is stable when it‘s cold and stops just from 100-0km/h. but from 250 with a 1,8tons car is different.

What the actual F are the designers at BMW smoking!? 99-2013 was the guilder age for BMWs M division. I mean, those idiotic stickers from the performance catalog are downright embarrassing. Who is this marketed to?

I miss the understated and polished design the older cars had. This feels like it’s designed by grown up VW boys from the early mid 2000s. No thanks!
