You can use Total Commander to add "Z_" to all files in one go using it's multi rename tool (ctrl+M to open it), then input Z_[N] into the top-left box

...I don't know, downloading a file from a random site I know nothing about, and setting it as my primary cursor... count me out, I'll look for an alternative solution for that part, or I'll make my own icon.
