You are not cropping the screen, you are cropping the source. How do you get rid of the black margin??? Say my cropped sources is 400x400px. I want my file dimensions to be 400x400 and not 1920x1080 with a black margin all the around it.

This is not a crop. It keeps a black area around it
EDIT: you can fix this by right-clicking and "Resize output"
