NEW How To Create Forum Channels On Discord

I'm really confused. I made a discord community server with no members except me and there was a forum. I made another discord community server also with no members and did the exact same thing i did on the previous server but different server name and picture and there wasn't a forum button. Do you know how this happened? It's ok if you don't!

Why can i not see add forum in the Add channels ? is it for Server boosted only or do i need to update discord
