I knew that a continual heating source would be better, but did not know about the one you recommended. I bought one today. Thank you! Doctor help me tearing is too much+others not comfortable at all

I purchased the electric eye mask like presented; however, when set on high it was 160 degrees. I need to use setting 2. Just a word of caution for anyone that may purchase it. Loved the info you shared.

Omega 3 is helping my eyes but it made the difference between wanting to ask my eye doctor to remove my eyes to just being miserable. So I'm not sure it's a great improvement lol but I'm happy with it. I just need more help than that. 🙁

Oh, that electric eye compress is a great idea! Anything that you just heat up in the microwave cools down too fast or you have to get it too hot.

Fabulous information, thank you from the bottom of my heart. cant wait to try your suggestions. i wore contacts for 50 years and miss them terribly. dry eyes started 3-4 months ago. i also use tretinoin on my face but not particularly close to my eyes. im female, 63 so a convergence of risk factors.

Fish oil supplements: I saw a tik tok that proved most are not as claimed! Corrupt, Shitty barely regulated products may be why they don't work.

Thank you for this info. I've spent the past number of years dealing with dry eye that has been getting worse through the years with no relief. Even the recent 2 month treatment of Oxevate did nothing (thankful that insurance covered the $250,000+ cost). Since then I've started doing my own research on the subject and discovered you and a few other doctor's that are really providing useful and helpful info.
