Gaming on an Intel Xeon in 2021...Worth it?

AliExpress is banned in India because of govt. propaganda that villainizes China. Even back when the ban on Alibaba and all things Chinese didnt exist,Indian customs made your life miserable if you had a product coming in from China and basically got stuck in there for a long time. So back then they discouraged by harassing buyers and now it's an outright ban.

tl;dr: govts being dumb and people being sheep

I have 2 x5650s and a rx580 in a HPz600 hooked to 5 screens, wanting to do 2 e5-2699s in a Z840 now though

I picked up a HP z420 workstation with the motherboard that supports the V2 cpu's. Currently there is a xeon 1620 V2 in the lga 2011 socket. I have a evga gtx 960 I'm going to slap in it and see where it takes me. It also has 32 gigs of ddr3. What would toasty bros recommend that I do to make the workstation a bit better for gaming?
