I think the reason Concord was able to achieve such records is because the design as ahead, the engines were incredible but also it looks like the overall airframe was rigid - it didn't allow for sharp or harsh manoeuvres essentially acting like a high speed train in the air, therefor the turning circle had to be greater

The best plane ever built, period. Boeing are so far behind, yet US patriotism means then win orders. It's Betamax and VHS all over again... The better technology doesn't always win.

The documentary is far from beeing accurate. Neither Augsburg, Nordenham or Saint Nazaire ist mentinod. Regarding the Carbon-Fibre fuselage its Augsburg and Nordenham where the "high-tech"magic happens. Airbus itself just make the assembly an put their label on. The middle part an the Cockpit are mounted in Saint Nazaire. The tail-cone comes from Spain. MSN5000 hasnt been mentinod despite its located in Hamburg tho. Also in Hamburg Finkenwerder work far more people then just 12.000 people. Of course they dont dare to show the copper-mesh which is responsible for the arguing between Quataer and Airbus, but instead they showed the cargo loading system, which is around airbus planes since the old A300-600 and sell it to the clueless audience as "high-tech". Whoever is responsible for this disgrace of a documentary should be instandly seewed into a human centipede.

The A350 is without a doubt an authentic work of art. From its innovative technology, safety, comfort, capacity, reliability, autonomy, efficiency, among many other aspects. I could spend long minutes listing the positive aspects of this particular model. I would like to express my enormous gratitude to everyone involved in this project, from those responsible for the simplest tasks, to those responsible for the most complex and advanced systems that make up the A350. I hope they continue for many years to make aviation more spectacular than it already is day by day. For now it's just a dream, but I hope one day to be able to have the great pleasure of flying the A350.

I have lost confidence in Boeing. Seems like greedy American corporate culture won over safety and quality.
My preferred manufacturer is Airbus nowadays. They seem very serious and put out some top quality planes.

It is incorrect to say that Airbus Toulouse has its own airport. Airbus Toulouse is situated at Blagnac which is a regional airport in its own right. It is actually Airbus Hamburg that has its own airport - Finkenwerder. At Finkenwerder there is no other user except Airbus.

The factory labor at airbus in Germany look fit and attractive. I wonder how Boeing's workforce in US look by comparison. Perhaps Boeing's issues are more than just bad management, but also general degradation of Americans.

THE A350 Airbus is a cheap copy of Boeing aircraft however the A350 has cheaply made Rolls Royce engines that do have a tendency to exlplode. Plus the new Boeing 777-9X, 787 and 747-8 are faster than the A350 and the Boeing 777-9X with it's powerful General Electric Engines AKA GE-9X Engine has 155,000 Pounds of Thrust will be known as SUPREME AIRBUS KILLER. Those cheaply made Rolls Royce engines has has caused the Airbus A350 to be known as " A350-El SLOW-POKE OF EUROPE." The only tjing the A350 can kill is the rats in their cargo bays and they go eeek, eeek and eeek! Airbus Fanboys need a support group because no matter what they do or think they cannot compare the A350 Airbus to the Boeings Supreme-Airbus-Killer known as the Boeing 777-9X and with two GE-9X engines it has 310,000 of thrust while the A350 only has 194,000 pounds of thrust plus Boeing 777-9X is sleeker, faster and gets better milage than the cheaply made of A350 with it's Rolls Royce exploding engines. Gee Whiz the 777-9X with it's two General Electric GE-9X engines has more thrust totaling 310,000 pounds of thrust. While the puny A350 only has 194,000 pounds of thrust and I reiterate my little traitor the Boeing 777-9X is alot faster, sleeker and gets better milage, Oh by the way always remember the good ole USA was first in flight! On last item it's amazing how Airbus looks like Boeing aircraft?
