Listen. in the last year i went from being the RN taking care of the patients to so sick.
I had to learn to walk again. He had to bathe me for so long. I still fall. I cant work anymore. Ill be 44 in a couple of weeks.
We got married in March and our wedding was a sh$t show. I can't walk down an aisle again. It was my 1 chance to try to be pretty for him.
My husband's a big strong combat veteran. He's younger than me.
I had one chance to be someone he could be proud of and it's gone.
I have MS and CRPS now.
I can't even look in the mirror.
The other day he was driving me to look at Christmas lights and he turned this on and sang it to me.

After hearing this song I asked myself how I could have chosen someone so toxic and dysfunctional to tarnish my husband's memory after his death.
