gym a waste of time. do push-ups, pull-ups and squats at home. these are the only str exercises you need, then run 5k five days a week. maintain a 5% caloric deficit to this regime and you'll be in amazing shape in 6 months.

ОтветитьHey Mike, really liked the refeeding concept, been eating healthy for 2 months now, 12 kgs down, 7% body fat down( currently at 31%) muscle mass 2% up ( 1st month it went down because of my calorie deficit, 2nd month went up). Currently trying daily 40 % carbs 40 % protein 20 % fat for 2nd month , really having trouble reaching the Protein intake for the day. Do you think the refeeding may affect my percentage goals?

ОтветитьDr. Mike I actually do the same thing to get my walking to get my walking Plus steps in . Before my arthritis got bad and my pain in my hip I was doing up to 10’000 steps day. Now I’m getting my surgery in my hip next Friday. After my pt I’ll be ready to get outside for my walking again. Another great 👍 vedio from you I’m working on my abs

Ответитьhey mike is "starvation mode" a real thing ? im on a deficit for about 4 months and lost some weight but im still not shredded or i can barely see some abs. after i do my workout im doing cardio for about 30min burn 250kcal and in the evening i ride bike every day. i went from 97kg to 85kg but i think i stalled. i eat about 2300kcal. should i do refeed days to fix my metablism or should i go lower with my calories to 1500 kcal overtime ?
