It was not immediate lscs but elective lscs

Sir , same anaemia question when discussed by psm faculty .mam told after 12weeks only prophylaxis is given , iron in anaemic patient can given as early as 8week. Please solve this dilemma before putting the question in question bank . Highly regards

Sir it was laproscope not hysteroscope... ans should be Asheerman syndrome.

Hysteroscope, "exept" was not given! Neither the option was septal resection. So I guess the correct answer should be asherman.
