How to Fix Slow Buffering of Videos on Windows 11 [Tutorial]

Lolz to watch this video, we have to stream it which is not possible, and this is the most pathetic and worst issue I have ever came across in my life, even those Win98 and XP were made with care almost 2 decades ago.!!

Did you change anything at all in these steps ? You just checked that the IP is obtained from DHCP and cleared the browser cache.

I still have issues in Win11

having issue where 1440p just buffers constantly why it should handle it i has 1440p monitor... on windows 10 it never buffer ...
