Thanks this helped a loads. I would also suggest to interchange your SIMs (i.e. SIM 1 into SIM 2 slot and vice varsa)

If that will not work go get a new sim it will work same problem was occurred with me I tried on another cell from my another phone and it in some situations video would work but in some not I suggest go to your network operator like jio , Airtel communication near are your area and problem would be cleared

Please note if this video does not clear your problem please go get a new sim and try it or taken another sale from another an insect in your phone and try it if SIM is alright then problem is within your phone settings or in your phone hardware

I have a peculiar problem on my s10+
It does nor recognize my airtel Sim and always pops this message phone not allowed for voice . However the same Sim is working fine in my Samsung note series phone
Also when I Inserted a VI Sim ir seems to be working fine in my s10+
