Very satisfying atlas adjustment at the end!
ОтветитьThis really helps motivation
ОтветитьSpelling error at beginning! In your exercise list you’ve got glilde instead of glide ok 👍 good actions though thank you
ОтветитьDay five and my neck feels better than it has in a decade. I second the calls for a similar shoulder video. Thank you!
ОтветитьDamn, trying to get longer every point really changed the game here. Thank you, I was having headache for almost a month every day straight and it was getting worse. So bad that at some point I thought there was maybe something more going on... Before pushing the panic button I tried some of your exercizes and I'm relieved! No more pain and Im sleeping much better. Maybe this video doesnt have as many views you wanted but atleast you know there is a person you really helped out there.
ОтветитьYour program is the only truly sensible program I have found.
ОтветитьThanks this felt good to do!
Ответитьthank you so much for making the follow along video😂❤ at the end of the day I'm certainly not concentrated enough to do the exercises by myself
ОтветитьGlad i came across this video because this wasn't part of the intro for the overweight individual program. None of the warm ups, def been doing them incorrectly.. i think I'll repeat cycle 1 again to get acclimated with everything from the top.
Ответитьreally liked the setup of this vid. im trying to get into a flow and stretch in the morning and making a yt playlist trying to find vids where ppl do voice overs as their just doing the workout is helpful for just getting into doing it and not having to fast forward through unnecessary talking!
ОтветитьThere is a crunching sound behind the left ear area the base of the skull. The muscle there sometimes hurts and the headache slowly advanced upwards and will finally span the left half of the head before it dissolves. Moving the head left and right: it is like the string of the guitar located at this place of pain behind my left ear. There is a resistance people next to me can hear if they are silent…anyone else experiencing that kind of problem?
ОтветитьVery clear and specific! Really appreciate this!
ОтветитьLove it! You’re a common-sense, no nonsense genius. Appreciate your work…thx!
Ответитьfollowing this everyday now. cheers.
ОтветитьI love this video and use it daily. But I could do without the Prison door sounds and the beginning and end. It gives me claustrophobia! Lol:)
ОтветитьBasically the exercises of your video I recently saw from 3 years ago. I like it. Gives me something to bookmark and do regularly this way vs the old video. Good idea. My only concern is with most of the movements and rotations from left to right, I hear\feel a fair amount of crunching in my neck. What is going on there and do I just keep working through it or could it be more detrimental than not doing the exercises?
ОтветитьBeen training for 30 years and the last 2-3 years I have noticed my neck is so tight I can hardly turn out into traffic if I have to look over my shoulder.
Have done these for 2 days and was wondering. If this a 1 time a day stretch? Ot can it be done 2-3-4 times a day? Will more be worse? Thx
Both my upper and lower back muscles hurt. I think this will correct my posture in time
ОтветитьMark, This is fantastic. Thank You! So precise and so full of the important tips when mobilizing the neck. I'm such a fan of your no nonsense training style.
ОтветитьI really don’t like follow alongs, because I think people should just be smarter and just pay attention. With that said, I’ve done your original video as part of my warm up for a couple years, and today for the first time I actually feel taller. You are a great coach, and I should probably pay attention more haha
ОтветитьJust returned from a long weekend trip. This is a cool format!
ОтветитьThank you Mark! My neck feels so much better. I've been doing this every day for 5 days and the chiropractor was able to adjust my neck much easier. Thank you for making this follow along video:)
ОтветитьGenuinely life changing for me was to be always thinking of lengthening the neck. Thank you! I don't do the last couple of rotation exercises
ОтветитьMark doing yoga teacher voice. Now one for the shoulders please.
ОтветитьQUESTION..... What exercises do you recommend for strengthening the neck
Ответитьthis is extremely timely. Thank you Mark!
ОтветитьThe beeping sound is kinda annoying... Please consider to remove it...
ОтветитьDoes the order of exercises matter? I ask because I've seen about four of your videos on this and you seem to do them in a different order each time.
ОтветитьThanks !
ОтветитьDoes this help with chronic pain or is it a temporary fix.?
ОтветитьLove it Mark! Thank you! This is such a great supplement to my Neck Flex exercises using the Revolver attachment. 🤙🏻
ОтветитьGod tier right here, this will be life changing for so many
ОтветитьThis has been a part of my warm up since the original video was posted way back when...
I like the new variations.
Saved! Great daily follow along until I can memorize how to do this
ОтветитьGood stuff.
Would prefer the beep and your speaking to be a similar volume.
Well done. More of these, please! Thank you!
ОтветитьThank you Mark.
Ответитьthanks Mark!! I've been requesting this many times on the QAs!
ОтветитьThank you for the exercise!!!
Ответить#5 is called the Shanequa.
ОтветитьBrilliant! I remember you doing a quick tutorial a couple of years ago. This is great because if I fell off the wagon and went to start again I had to go find my notes or dig up the old video. Thanks, always moving forward!
ОтветитьI was actually going to make a comment that you should make this video, it's like you read my mind!
My only critique is that maybe the head rolls should book-end the drill, doing 1 minute of head circles was a little dizzying, but otherwise this is awesome!
I started with your neck exercises, then your overweight and decommissioned program which has worked wonders for me. I'm 67 yr old female, had a subdural hematoma drained and even after 18 months of hospital physio I couldn't walk without feeling like I was about to do a face plant. I am now standing tall, and able to walk properly. I started with a milk jug, progressed to kettlebell and baseball bat and now have ordered my Indian clubs and am waiting for the exercises.
ОтветитьMilkin' your most popular vid eh Marko, hehe
ОтветитьNice not to have to set the timer. Missed the flat circle though. I would do 5 minutes. 😘
ОтветитьI still do your three minute drill ❤
ОтветитьEvery time you gave a cue my neck instantly felt my old injury correcting itself. Thanks so much for this video. I believe this will be actually life changing for me. You're the man Mark!
ОтветитьThank you Mark
