Not a single one of these do I have any interest in playing. Shows that tech alone won't help mediocrity.

Huxley isn't really a game. It's a graphic novel being turned into a movie that also has a short multiplayer game experience with 3 levels. The trailer shown here is for the movie.

All this fantasy bs makes me f*cking gag. give me a brutal Turok game with an open world and raw deaths and kills like The Last Of Us… and I will be a gamer again. No offense.. but the gaming world needs less “nerds” as head designers/writers and more core gamers as leads. All this is boring bs that basically has the same feel.. other than ME4, starfield and some new horror games not shown… games now are mostly icky 💅💀 I’ll just play dark souls 3.. halo 5 with kick ass weaps and vehicles.. Fallout 4 etc. Games now are beyond pathetic and unimpressive. Next?

I like games with graphic like The Wicher 3, Th Elder Scrolls, God of War. The new diablo and Baldur's gate are not interesting for me, I won't play them ever.

To those saying Green Genesis looks amazing, I disagree. The character was having issues with ADHD, excessive compulsive disorder, and separation anxiety. Many things in the trailer did not make sense. For example, what did she get stuck on when she was crawling through the tunnel?

In the last big jump, I slowed it down to 0.10% speed and saw a tiny outcropping of a ledge that she must have used to push off of. However, the ensuing rock would have ended her straight up! Why didn’t she grab onto Dawn at other spots in the video? Why didn’t Dawn just go under her feet when she was about to slip, like she was riding Green Goblin’s glider? Too many things didn’t make sense.

Not to mention the first jump after she climbed up the slippery metal beam. She should have said it was slippery after she fell or showed her feet slipping a bit, instead of explicitly stating that it was slippery. I can see her legs slipping and figure it out on my own. But that jump, nope. The force from her pushing down to jump caused the beam to break. All her potential energy disappeared, so when she pushed off, the metal just moved underfoot and she went nowhere but down. Then, she swung her feet into the pipe and muscled her way up.

Might as well call this Mrs. Jackie Chan. That part leads to the belly crawl where she goes skitzo and it’s really bothering me what she got stuck on and that weird fast hand motion by her hair. I just know I don’t have the patience to hear her say “Dawn” for 50 hours. It will be like Navi from Zelda OOT. Might as well bring in Batman, Superman, and Tom Hanks. Martha, Dawn, Wilson, Water, Heart - Go Green Planet! It grinded my gears so much but it was nice to look at.

I just don’t like how some angles of her eyes looked so far apart that she looks like the Little Mermaid. Her arms are like twigs, yet she pushed past her limits an hour ago and can still pull herself straight up.

Lastly, what did Dawn do? Was that some kind of Superman Solar Heating light? Did she recharge? Why else did she say thank you? Was that like a senzu beam or something? I mean she was basically broken just moments prior to lifting herself up over a ledge again, her arms quivering from the total exhaustion her body is in. Then she calls Dawn and Dawn shines a light on her and she says thanks… thanks for what? But she promptly gets up and says let’s go to the top, which would have been impossible 30 seconds earlier because she couldn’t even stand or move. Yet now she wants to tackle the Aggro Crag like gtfo. I just couldn’t believe any part of that world building, especially with Dawn not helping her nor dying multiple times. Yet did for like 3 seconds out of the blue. So can Dawn help or not? I don’t know.

Chrono Odyssey looks very interesting.

There MAY HAVE been two slightly interesting games... Game design has been extremely lack luster since 2020.

The problem is that CGI accepts everything, right, now that realistic ingame graphics, my friend, we are talking about at least three generations of consoles ahead, not even an RTX 4090 would run that in 4k at 60 fps, much less a PS5 and XBOX Series S

I can already tell; The Grass Genesis looks great, but the protagonist is overly annoying. It's like if somebody recreated "A Link to the Past" but you played as Navi instead of Link.

Wait. What? Huxley? Isn't that some game someone started about 20 years ago and then it disappeared into a development black hole?

You couldn't pay game devs these days enough money to come up with anything that doesn't feel trite and generic, and instead they have to try and blow up everyone's mind with super-hyper-ultra realistic graphics as if that's the most important thing in a game. Gone are the days when devs had fresh ideas, we've truly run completely dry.

99% of all games have amazing cinematics..
And that count for very little.
It is what the actual gameplay look like that count.

This fact make most of this video worthless because it does not say when it is actual game we see and when it is cinematics..

And thats what is going to replace movies and potentially wipe out Hollywood.

These all look really impressive but many, if not most, were just announced this year. I highly doubt they'll be coming out anytime soon given the history of "trailers" coming out and the wait time of release. Nice collection though. Not sure if click title, but w/e.
