I got his c1, I don’t mind getting it since I was planning on only pulling him and furina from this new region tbh

He is easy at C0. Smash everything down until he is under 60 or 50% HP, then hit CA and he heals 30%. Every 5s. He is almost immortal. Of course with C1 he is immortal (heals every 2.5s) and deals more damage.

I'll get his C1 eventually. For me it's really detrimental cause I hate playing around restrictions like that but I have to save enough pulls to guarantee daddy Arlecchino, her signature weapon and one of the geo characters for my Itto team as well.

Stuff like this shows me that I could be doing same thing with low effort and with a potato in my mouth. Simple content that was digested like 3 times with thumbnail that reminds me 8 year old League of Legend videos. That means you get same low effort video where someone plays same character but they change one or two items in the build.
Who the fuck needs "reviews" or "guides" for this game? If you are new then naturally it will be harder. I would say most people play since release so the game is super easy.

C0 you need to play him with a healer. C1 opens him up to being played with a shielder. BUT if you plan on playing him with Aqua, you’ll still need a healer, which makes his C1 less impressive. I guess the extra damage and added duration of his skill is a positive.

Your c0 basically makes you choose between normal attack playstyle or charged attack no? C1 enables both to be played simultaneously.

NA and CA every 2.5 second at c1
Honestly I don't feel like his c1 is necessary you can just ignore his CA and play him Yoimiya style
Plus getting his enhanced charged attack might not be as hard at c0 we have to test it ourselves

If you're going for Wriothesley, just get C1. It'll make him a lot less frustrating. This'll be the first time I'm going for a 5 star constellation and their signature weapon. Wish me luck

Constellations is getting another character, so I personal think a constellation should infact change/improve a character is played significantly. That way, constellations actually have value and is not just a increase stat stick.

Wriosthesely, Deyha, Nahida, Kokomi constellations 1 could be said to be good value. That's what it should be, not constellations 1 like Hu Tao, Shenhe, Yelan etc that just gives you an extra skill use or stamina. Those could easily be in their base kits, because I think an extra skill is not worth in value to getting a character, since cons are extra characters.

He looks so cool. But it's to hard to justify any new cryo characters if they are only about damage. When I have Ganyu and Shenhe, and Kaeya soon to be C6 on December.
Now if they can create a cryo character that can provide 15 seconds cryo application that's better than a C6 Kaeya or Ayaka burst and allow forward melts, then that's worth pulling for.

I dont like the style of both new characters so I will go after a C1 for my hutao.

I mean either way I'm getting his C1 and weapon (just hoping to be lucky) since im guaranteed with 54 pulls in with about 180 pulls, but I'm hoping to get more when the new area, events, and anniversary comes around. So good luck to people who are pulling to Wriothesley and Neuvilette!

In short, your c1 improves your kit but that doesn't mean that your c0 isn't good, but if you have the opportunity to have your c1 it will be very good.

Do you guys recommend to pull for his weapon? I mean, his artifact and cryo resonance already gives many cr, and his weapon main stats is also a cr%. I was wondering if the hydro dragon dude’s weapon with 88% cd will be better for him, especially the banner has also a Staff of Homa so it will be win-win for him and my hu tao.
