Wow I’ve just learned something today... didn’t know what the I in LGBTQI stood for.

a person can be intersex because their chromosomes or genitals or hormones don't match what is expected of a particular sex.

There is a term for intersex in Xhosa but I feel it's offensive...so I won't write it

I know uKatso. Our families are very close, I consider katso's siblings my sisters. I never knew ukhuthi they were born like this. Funny because I never considered them male or female while growing up. I thought they was lesbian. Their story is inspiring. Hope you see my comment. I miss you.

My mom is a nurse and she told me she delivered many intersex babies but she never thought they grew. So even medically they are not educated.

It's an abnormality which happens due to a fallen world. Sin is what created this situation. A corrupted fallen condition. You can thank Adam and Eve because God did not design us like this.

I thought chromosomal tests identified XX from XY in mixed sex people? Not all have an extra chromosome. This is a very interesting topic but it’s a lot all at once… biological, medical, political all mixed in together. For eg why are mixed sex people included in the homosexual and transgender communities?

This show is so informative and should be on bigger platforms , more people will be open minded and less ignorant.

As a gnaw nurse I had a patient with both sex organs 17 years ago. She was so depressed shem. I felt sorry for her. She was more feminine

I do not think the description "hermaphrodite" should be seen as offensive. It only means you are both 'herm' which stands for 'male' and 'aphrodite' which stands for 'female'. Now what you choose may be decided by yourself when you reach puberty. That is if you want to make a choice at all.

Nowadays I think people who have children who are intersex they should give the child a name that suit a boy or a girl then let the child wear only trousers because nowadays all children wears trousers when they reach the age they can change to whatever feelings they have.

Your pelvis is the part of your body that contains your uterus and bladder.

Intersex means they are born in the middle. They are not a boy or a girl they are stuck on the middle.

This is very interesting lets you know do not alter what God created.

Lab reports needed to separate factfrom fiction in these cases. Seems like lgbtaz wants to high jack biology.

If your genitalia is ambiguous they can’ t identify it as a penis or a vagina which is why it’s ambiguous. It’s neither.

That’s true intersex conditions are very heterogenous in regards to now they manifest, many can fit into binary male or female based on their genitalia and reproductive organs such as XX males 90% will fully develop as male and XY females will primarily develop as female.
