ОтветитьI’m not a senior but I have osteoarthritis and it’s painful. Ive also been getting Charley horses and leg cramps. I can’t get down and do any exercises so I have been looking for videos for easy stand up and gentle exercises to strengthen my knees and thighs. Leg cramps and Charley horses are brutal to have… can you maybe show exercises for people with osteoarthritis? Stand up exercises that stretches the thighs and calves especially the thighs???

ОтветитьI would love it if these videos contained an outline of what is being taught here. That way, when I want to practice these five exercises, I wouldn't have to spend 11 minutes watching what I've already seen x number of times in the original video: I could just use the outline that tells me which exercises to do.
