I appreciate your effort but you forgot the main thing: how to use/select the data.

Once you are in "Connection Properties", how do you select the "Server Name". Even after clicking Refresh, I do not see any options in the text box. Do you need to create a separate database in prior? And if yes, any links explaining how to so that?
