The iron Hand is just telling you how it is. You aren’t going to just recover from a tragic loss and trauma good as new. It can however make you stronger, or break you depending on the person.

Scars are tricky to get rid of. Like, you can slowly replace scar with precise and hygienic artificial wounds.

A scar can't heal, because it's a wound that already has healed.
