I understand her anger at him but why not go to the police since the guy was in hospital. They wouldve been able to check the computer, see the pics, arrest him on suspicion while she then has the time to separate herself from him completely

It’s so difficult to trust anyone these days and when your own Mother puts her trust on a man we also think it’s okay to put our trust in that individual. I think she killed him. And I don't know WHAT the reason was, but it had nothing to do with nude pictures.

In my opinion, this case highlights one of the major problems with our judicial system. So many members of a jury use their opinion and feels to draw their conclusion of innocents or guilt in circumstantial cases. It's such a shame that a citizen is required to be educated and tested to drive a car, earn a degree, and be certified to work but not to be part of a jury, when lives and the safety of the population is on the line.

She might have sent those photos herself as a part of the plan.

Yes, it would be such a betrayal. So hard to wrap your head around to find those photos. But there is much more to this story. Wonder about their relationship. And Jade, well Jade had/has major issues. There is something really wrong with her. I can’t imagine finding what she did and how that would make one feel but it’s the proverbial straw, something simmering under the surface with this one. It’s astounding she just dumped in driveway and went about her business. How did she think that would play out? Oh, eventually the garbage men would pick it up? Her story makes no sense but I guess really isn’t one that does. He just happened to die in her car naturally but she decided to try to cover it up 🤣

She should definitely appeal and get a lessor sentence. What she did was definitely wrong but but I've seen real murders get less time so its not fair.

What we’ve learned; call 911 when you find someone almost or all the way un-alive.

Motive? Photos being on the computer without her uploading them is more than highly suspect considering the evidence or lack thereof. So motive? Severe mental illness? Other murders possibly in her past? So many questions. Why pick someone up You're frightened for your life for? With a reputation for being his caretaker and no foul play in your history etc, why not report discovery of his death in the standard protocol manner? Motive?

Can call the fire department to assist her with getting Tom to a place of safety - I'm a ret'd firefighter/medic - we had public assistance calls for picking people up off the floor/ground/wherever to assist. Not only that, neighbors will come and help. Not only that, police department will send help. Not only that....

The amount of misinformation out there on the case is amazing. I dont think alot of people care anymore what the truth is.

I feel like she planted the photos as a back up plan but there isnt enough info on the whole photo thing. Normal people would have called the cops about the photos or about an "accidental death" this lady is crazy.
