Recorder Cover: Worlds Collide

I'll be damned, it's been over a year since my last recorder cover. In my defense, I had a final year of high school with a load of unnecessary experiences to deal with.

Same story as the last—underrated song with no notes or "official" recorder covers online. This time, however, I didn't stop at just learning the song through heart. You might notice me shifting between low and high notes in between, but that's mainly because I based the core recording on recorded live performances of Nicki Taylor herself. 'Twas a challenge to determine when it would sound fine, but in general, I hope this video will satisfy fans out there.

This time, I also played supporting, background recorder to maintain as much of the flow of the song as possible with the instrument. Adjusted the audio effect slightly to match the song, but I believe that's forgivable? ;P

At least something good came out of this pandemic (I guess? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

On a final note, this is dedicated to a group of extraordinary people I wish nothing but the best for. Listen to the lyrics … you guys know who you are 😌.
