ОтветитьEarlier this year I was doing Nicole's pilates weekly routines religiously, but after a series of events, stress, anxiety and overall low levels of compromise I stopped doing them. Today, I woke up missing that feeling of moving my body, feeling energized, at ease with myself and thus, here I am doing this routine. Thank you Nicole for your intention of helping other people feel good with their body and self, I look forward on having this 34 minutes daily until I'm able to challenge myself once again and go back to your weekly routines🤍
ОтветитьFirst time trying Pilates. I loved this and needed this so much. I felt so connected to my body and mind. The end stretch made me very emotional and I cried from just how connected i felt. Amazing workout and I’m so excited to give Pilates a try.

ОтветитьI usually just practice yoga but wow this was absolutely amazing, not only do a I feel a bit recharged, but also so very relaxed. after such a long day standing on my feet it feels like heaven! I found my self smiling so much during this class. the effects can really be felt instantly. thanks nicole :)

i have a question: should i warm up before doing pilates? (for example, your workouts)
this was hard for me oh my goodness i couldn’t finish it i got to 18 minutes and i couldn’t lift my leg up without every joint popping

ОтветитьMy Pilates class is taking the summer break and this gentle Pilates is just what I need to keep in shape. Is gentle, yet works my muscles just as it is supposed to. I do not think Pilates will ever get boring or too easy for me. Thank you for doing this video. It will be my favorite from now on.

ОтветитьAs a lifelong competitive tennis player, gymnast and dancer, it’s so nice to have something so gentle that still makes me feel composed and centered without the “cheesiness” of certain styles of “gentle” workouts. What I love most is that yours make me feel self-loved and cared for in the best ways possible. Thank you for guiding me through times when it’s hard.

ОтветитьThat last exercise of rocking back and forth did not make my back happy. Although at first I was sure I wouldn't be able to do it at all but I did it! A few times even. I'm still proud.

ОтветитьI did this exercise because I’m in the hospital for depression and anxiety and my doctor said I could do Pilates or yoga in my room if i didn’t feel like joining the activities at the hospital. I found this video and after along time of not wanting to do things I feel so much better. Thank-you.
