They work as a team. Sheryl will even try to trick you into signing documents in order to give Daniel the upper hand in cheating you in court. They're two pihs rolling in the mud together.

Call any lawyer, broker, real estate agent, property manager, contractor in Tulsa, and they will all tell you to run fast & never build or buy a house from Daniel Ruhl.
