The biggest issue with Aqua Scape ponds they always say look at this huge pond we are building then they fill them with rocks and end up with a puddle

I'm really curious about the plastic / lining used - mostly around how quickly it would deteriorate, get tears from roots/fish/mechanical damage (e.g. stepping). I would be very concerned about that water starting to leak out.

Is it in anyway possible for the "non-native aquarium fish" to get out into the environment? Because that can be really bad, even when you think they're just harmless little fishies.

The length is just perfect for the house, just maybe 3' to 4' wider.

Lessen the shrubbery in the front for better views and place some in the back.
