ОтветитьThe philippines skink is my favorite its very elusive and fast moving smart hard to catch
ОтветитьThey look like the missing link between a snake and a lizard 🦎.

"Father! I've consumed beef slicings and egg yolk and I hunted down everything that moves."
ОтветитьWait, there is an animal in Australia that isn't trying to kill you?!?!
ОтветитьYou mean blue tongue white dragon
ОтветитьAnother fantastic video!
ОтветитьTheir backs are stripey, so if they’re pushed into a crevice it’s really hard to tell if you’re looking at a harmless blue tongue or a highly venomous tiger snake. I have heard stories of people getting bitten by snakes because they think the small section they can see is a blue tongue and go to pick it up. Also stories of snake catchers being called only for the “snake” to be a pudgy lizard.
ОтветитьALL HAIL BLUE TONGUED SKINK
ОтветитьSo many of my friends have these as pets. They are like potato lizards. They just are set to chill almost always.
ОтветитьMum loved her garden and never used any sprays. We constantly had bluetongues, had a family of 14 under the house one year.
ОтветитьNice looking tongue with a unique name.
ОтветитьSkinks are TIGHT! I loved my Solomon Islands/Prehensile Tail Skink.
Its tail was 2/3 the length of his/her body, they don't detach their tails.
By the way the Pygmy blue tongue skink photo was a Pygmy spiny-tailed skink
ОтветитьI'm getting one as a pet XD
Ответитьi once had a blue tongue skink pee on me while i was holding them.
thats all i got, sorry lol
These funky lilly dudes are my favourite reptiles. I used to have 2, until one was stolen (presumably by our neighbours) and then we had 1,his name was buddy, cuddliest and cutest dude ever. After he went missing one night, we missed him. But in the school I’ve been going to for the past month or so, I’ve found out they breed there! Found one today, picked him up and took him to the nearby bush area so he wluldnt be found by the mean kids that have a strange liking for animal abuse idfk..
To me, blue tongues are the pancakes of the lizard world
. A,so, I didn’t know they had the autonomy ability! Since I’ve found a few on roads and had to grab them by the tail to get them out of the way of cars, and they’ve never dropped em! Must be only in dire situations
I live in South Australia. There are several that live in my back yard
Ответитьfound one under the wheelie bin the other day, he was very angy and hissed alot, i thought i thorax'ed him and he was leaking at first
ОтветитьWho the hell introduced foxes to Australia
ОтветитьSo beautiful 😍
ОтветитьJust a suggestion that you may decide to "take on board".Ask the locals what they call an animal/s when discussing it on your videos. This is the second time I have noticed you refer to something by its correct taxilogical name rather than what the locals call it. Australian call the blue-tongue skinks blue tonge lizrds. I do credit you with finding and videoing all the animals and teaching the world about what is out there.
ОтветитьI'm in love with animals, but I'm more inlove with Danielle Dufault. 😅 Not simping, just telling facts.
ОтветитьIf I saw that in the wild I would definitely think I found a snake that grew legs.
ОтветитьSkinks here in florida look just as cool. They are like neon blue, and silver scales. Like a little lightning dragon.
Ответитьmaybe the dingo ate your skink
ОтветитьHow long does it take them to grow back their entire tail if they dropped the tail way up on the base of the tail
ОтветитьThey're so cute!
ОтветитьI have a Northern and he is the most awkward thing... I named him Couscous. XD
ОтветитьAustralia's animals are so iconic and unique.
ОтветитьWho says dinosaurs color is dull and browns , our grandfathers see it that way
Ответитьi have a blue tongue skink named Bubba!!! he's awesome!!
ОтветитьSo this is where Blue Eyes White Dragon's ancestors and origin came from?
ОтветитьGreat content Danielle

ОтветитьI love skinks! I've had a number of pet skins, a couple different kinds. They do make great pets.
