Definitely really powerful working on Mindset. We have to start with our mindset to change our lives. If we are stuck in "we can't, it's impossible" mindset then that's exactly what will be delivered. If we move to anything is possible, and we just need to create actions every day towards it then, we start seeing results.

When bad memory comes to my mind, I see it as an opportunity to do things that I have to do but have been procrastinating. It also helps me immerse myself in entertaining things when I’m happy without thinking about annoying stuff I have to do knowing when to do those stuff.

How can you change your life??

By deciding to change it… re-evaluate your perspectives, change the questions & language you use, think about what values influence you most & evaluate what rules you have around them. At any moment your life can change, yes from external things but also from you!!

This is the first book I'm reading in english to get better at learning the language ( I'm not native). So far, I wanted to leave it several times and continue it in my native language but the actual message of the book doesn't allow me 😂
