A couple years ago I was searching for "sauna yoga" and until I came across your videos I had only found two sauna friendly practices. Now I have 4 I can do in there. I'd like to request you make a series of short (10-15 minute) videos that are designed to be done seated on a bench. Most sauna ceilings are low enough the you can't fully extend arms overhead. That could be a consideration, or I'd just sit on the lower bench.
