That's funny, I actually downloaded that .pdf when I was looking into trying to get a LEEP account myself for OSINT reasons as LEEP accounts grant access to the big major FBI database with all the info the government keeps on us and shit. Apparently they actually offer Educational accounts for like crime and law departments at schools and free accounts for Tribal Police iirc?

There’s a Linux command-line tool you can install, and it’s literally called büllśhít. (Without the accents in the letters) I’m guessing this hacker used that program to generate all this nonsensical computer jargon, and I think that’s kind of hilarious. 😂

pretty sure at one point I heard the FBI gets "hacked" something like 10,000 times per day... they let them get in far enough that it's a crime but not far enough to get to anything important and use it to recruit/force new people to work for them.
