The reason this is called basics is because a real bad ass pipe fitter would have only used a spacer, level and maybe... a screwdriver. A mf gyatdaym hand would have just used two hands and an eyeball ol son!!!
ОтветитьWhere's the sounds?😢
ОтветитьGreat thanks
ОтветитьK lindo sería laburar con ese ekipo k prolijidad felicitaciones
ОтветитьI was very impressed with your wonderful work. I have been working in the same field for 11 years. I want us to be friends. Please read the comment and leave me any address to contact you.
Ответитьthis guy is solving the jealousy between our colleague
Ответить🎉thanku
Ответить8inch gap is 203mm..that doesn't look like an 8 inch gap .. please clarify
ОтветитьNice prep for that weld neck plus many fitters don’t even bother cleaning off the pipe lacquer on the inside for the root
ОтветитьAm in my basic refresher class refinery workers in the house 😊
ОтветитьThank you so much abbi ❤️❤️ it's very helpful for me
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьExcellent video.
ОтветитьGood video, but I haven't met many welders that prefer a 5/32 gap. That's pretty big, especially for a knife-edge bevel
ОтветитьI am willing to learn pipe line work
ОтветитьQue careta más chula que llevas que modelo es
ОтветитьWeilding Job please
ОтветитьWhy not having two pieces touching? Could someone explain it please thank you. Good video.
ОтветитьI might be looking to get into pipe fitting soon. Might be a bit of manual labor but doesn't look too hard to understand. Heck I can move heavy things no problem and I am not dumb too boot so maybe I can do this...lol.
Ответить***right now
ОтветитьThank you very much sir I'm in school right I just paused for a little bit for personal reasons but I would like to pursue my welding career ...Do yall have any open spots in South coast academy sir ?
ОтветитьJob
ОтветитьYou guys should do some big bore fitup, I'm thinking 48" weldnecks, my favourite fitup especially on big long 60 footers :D
ОтветитьGreat video, all I can say as a 12 year pipefitter is the same as I say to every new guy. "This is going to look very easy but I can tell you its not, nothing but time will make this as easy as it looks" keep on keepin on my dude.
Ответить👍
ОтветитьThe welder who qualfied in cs pipe he can do the welding of ss
ОтветитьNo offense but I can’t understand some of the other guys as well but ur crisp and I comprehend
ОтветитьBut challenge is scholarship
ОтветитьI want to come and physically and practically learn pipe fitting and welding
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьWhen you add the 1/8” weld gap to each port does that affect the overall length? Or do you take that away during the cutting of the pipe?
Thanks these vids are awesome.
Good fiting.pipe.m.r.sahjad Hussain..bhart

ОтветитьThank you brother
ОтветитьVery good
ОтветитьVery interesting video, it has been two years that I entered the quality area and I am working directly in the field in the manufacture of storage tanks according to API-650 and for piping according to N-115 (Petrobras Standard), and I confess that I still have a certain difficulty regarding the rotation of the flange when it is different from 90º. A big hug, and I am always following you from Brazil.
Ответить👍วิชา✍
ОтветитьAfter everything is fitted up, would the Pipe-fitter actually take the pipe and install the pipe where it needs to be located on whatever it is you are working on?
ОтветитьLindo trabalho guerreiro.
