How To Archive & Unarchive Messages in Facebook Messenger

To archive, a message in Facebook Messenger, simply use the Messenger app, find the conversation you want to archive, and slide left. Press the three lines and choose archive.

That message or conversation will be removed from your active messages on Messenger.

To unarchive a message in Facebook Messenger, you have two options.
You can search for that conversation on the search bar and you'll find it there. Just search for the person's name. As soon as you message them, the conversation will be unarchived.
You can also do this on the computer on Messenger.com
Log in to your account and click settings. You can select hidden messages to see all archived messages.

Here, you can message that person to unarchive the conversation.
