I simply love this WO❤. My arms were shaking like crazy afterwards💪💪. I get bored with traditional weight lifting on occasion so your videos keep me going🎉. They are both fun and effective🙌🙌. What's not to like ❣️

Great upper body workout. Loved it. Would be great longer but then today didn’t have much time so this was perfect. 30 minute workouts always great for days when that’s all the time you have.

I liked the moves and the format. Sometimes had a little trouble with the the quick transitions, especially getting up from the floor. All good.
