MUST HAVE Insta360 X3 Accessories - 2023

Basically i have to 4-5times more than the cost of camera

One accessory I would like is a safety tether. I have a GoPro mount on my helmet but I don't trust it. If it comes off, I lose the camera.

Does the All Purpose Tripod work with the DJI OA 4 Selfie Stick?

Holy God, this is so much and I love it all.

I’m really going to go heavy come 2024 with the new iPhone Pro, Rode Wireless Pro, probably a version of the Smooth gimbal, and the X3 for my off-roading/overlanding and hiking videos.

I need a 360 in car camera, I need stable footage on off terrain (hiking or off roading) and I need the freedom to hook up a wireless mic system for me and my wife.

Do you have a go to accessory for surfing? A 3rd person back mount for water sports would be cool but I can't find one.

Great video, just a quick question, is the quick release useable with gopro mounts? I have a mount bolted on my bike that I wanna use the 360 on

My question is why is everyone so infatuated with staring at themselves ?🤔
But seriously, my interest is using it as a dashcam that I could quickly remove and use it for other security reasons or other vehicles.
So I would like to know if there's a car Power port accessory ? So it can be on a continuous loop?
And if it can tolerate the heat of a dashboard ?

Is there a wrist strap to be able to secure the selfie stick when out on the water in case you lose grip?

For the F22 quick release system, did you get the one specifically for Insta360, or did you get the generic F22 QR system?

I forgot to ask in my previous comment, Is there a quick release mount that attaches to the bottom of the Insta360 x3 carbon fiber extended edition selfie stick? I have a Falcam F22 but I can't seem to keep it tightened. There are a couple of mounting holes so is there a particular quick release that works/fits or do I have use blue Loc-tite? Thanks for the video! Im debating whether to get the camera over the Hero 11 but its the 360 angle that gets me excited. How do you find it using with surfing? Any trouble with salt water? Do you got some videos you could share while surfing?

U could leave the tripod on at all times to extend your basic selfie stick, as well ...

1) You blew my mind with the tripod feet. I’ve had it for MONTHS and had no clue it did that.
2) Ulanzi makes a quick release system called the Hummingbird. SUPER convenient when going from mount to mount, especially when using the Ulanzi mount for the wireless go. Having to fiddle with it each time you change mounts get annoying real fast..

What about the utility frame?

How do you record audio while wearing the camera? I ride a motorcycle and want to be able to talk while riding. The camera is mounted to my helmet. Do I need a mic or some kind of audio device coneccted to the camera?

Hey David! I just watched your amazing video, as always. Your content is incredibly entertaining. I wanted to ask you about the Insta360 X3. Does its resolution allow for clear visibility of license plates while on the road, just in case of any incidents? If so, can you provide an example video or photo captured from the video? Also, is there a solution to the mount becoming loose while riding and needing to tighten it?

What’s going on with the insta 360 go2? Looks like they are discontinuing it. I love my 360 go2. I went on line to pickup a couple more of the hat clips and no cameras. My buddy put himself on the notification list when back in stock about 2 months ago. Usually they don’t discontinue until a new model comes out. Is it 360 go2 no more? 😕🙁☹😢😭………….

It's crazy how almost every part you have I already had before watching this video. I have a power bank 5 batteries and plenty other things that you have but the only thing I didn't have was that quick release. I just ordered 5 of them after watching this video

This camera sucks. It's ruined so many mountain biking channels with their shitty sponsorships. Timeline mode is so robotic and nauseating.

I also bougth the remote control with GPS tagging which is very useful for my use on motorcycle. It can be mounted on the handle bars to start stop camera whilst driving without loosing focus on traffic. Also useful for other applications with the 3m selfie stick for example.

Those falcam seems to be awesome, but I can't find a backpack attachement(similar to peak design) do you know if something similar exists? That would be the perfect mount for me to setup an insta360 on my paraglider :)

What? No remote?

I’m just about to start out in the action camera scene. I’m mainly going to use it in my jetski and boat. Although I can get awesome shots with the X3, I’m wondering if I should start out with the GoPro? I mainly worry about the ruggedness and the ability to add a float case, like I can for the GoPro. But the shots would likely be cooler with the X3! This is a hard decision!
