So lets say I wanna take an idea I have to a company. Is it even possible that they would sign an NDA before hand so I could lay out my idea and not have it stolen? Thats not how that works is it?

Improve your design all the time. This is the only way. If you stop another company will make you irrelevant.

I shared 3 brands ideas, messeges, logo and a whole set of new brands identity followed a study of the global and local market of that industry to one who has a factory who I met before for one time, and he was so welcom of my thights. Lastly, after I sent my 59 page file that contains alot of ideas, he is not replying he said he is very busy and cannot even Try to read it.

What makes me very sad, that on his business Instagram he is using my ideas, means he shared my work with his poor team.

What about getting funding for an idea?? We have an idea for an app that we need to secure funding to actually build. Using things like kickstarter and other start up investors. An NDA is only as useful as the amount of money you have to defend it in court! Many investors do not sign NDAs!☺️

Saw an article about AL perfect departure from the show idea, I came up with. I actually think stolen ideas happen often, as you can't copyright comments or ideas.

Other than any possible expense, which I personally simply don't have readily available for business purpose...
What doesn't make sense is how any of this protection actually protects. I have the "idea" of my planned LLC/ORG - which I can't say certain factors of to anyone (my plan, from what I've found thus far, is unique). I have a Microsoft Word document typed up of how I need the ('complex') ORG based membership website created, although it needs some editing. I have no physical written business plan. I took a couple business specific classes as electives in college and know, even without these classes, that a business plan should be written. However, I can't say one is relevant for my planned LLC/ORG.
Something else I would prefer is after registering/launching my LLC/ORG I'd like to 'lock it up' in such a way that it can't be bought unless I specifically decide to sell and I also don't want it copied. My LLC/ORG needs ZERO competition. It kinda already has competition, but it's irrelevant to my specific plans. I would have plans set so when I retire, or die, someone will take my positions - and when that person retires/dies then the next to take the positions, and ongoing, would have to retain my plans of how my LLC/ORG needs to be 'controlled' - as there are specific policies and such that need to remain as I've set them.

Real investors and VCs don’t sign NDA’s anymore. They’re flooded with good ideas, they are looking for entrepreneurs to execute. If you’re that person, they may shelve your idea and have you work on a better one.

Could you please address the issue of an employee who becomes a whistle blower if they have signed an NDA?
Does revealing a cyber, legal, financial or medical crime being committed by their employer exclude them from such legal actions brought against them?
Is there an exclusionary clause someone could add before signing?
