Im really confused by the tiers of the cyberdecks. Specifically the descriptions of the pre installed hacks on a CD. Do you... Upgrade your deck and gain those preinstalled hacks? Or is it more like a general "all tier 5 decks have this hack preinstalled" kinda thing.

Net runners don't have to hide in the corner and hack anymore. Now they can brawl and shoot. It's great.

To be honest, I think they should’ve came out with some extra new quick hacks that people can use because we only got a limited number of them not very many actually

I have tier 5 Chrome. I purchased every blueprint for quick hack tier 5. I just purchased 84 Grand worth of quick hack components and I still can't craft the blueprints in my inventory. Does anyone know how to craft quick hack tier 5 components?????????.?.🤷

What's the use of tagging enemies?
I only know to apply one quick hack, wait for effect, manually apply another quick hack, then another, and when the first single enemy is dead, I start on the 2nd enemy and then the 3rd...etc. one by one, room by room.
People talk about a quickhack queue, but I've never seen such a thing.
Anyone?

For some reason, I can’t use any of my quick hacks. I have no idea why but I really does suck. If anyone knows a way to fix it, I would really appreciate it!

There aren't any tips in this, just a summary of the changes and what is good. But no mention of builds, combos, or mistakes you can actually do in 2.0!

Something that got missed here is that different ranks of quickhacks have different effects/ram cost. Take memory wipe for example. Using it at it's lowest tier (tier 3) allows you to only pay a cost of 8. Combine that with optic reboot (2) and sonic shock (another 2), you can get a much cheaper system collapse "ultimate". The one that costs 28 ram or so, now costing only 12 ram total, to get an enemy to fall unconscious.

Honestly the entire system has way more depth than people realize.

I had a netrunner build but it was so op it was boring. i was sneaking around sonic shocking people and then jus6t killing them with whatever quickhacks. that's it. i did a couple of gigs with just cameras without detectuion or any threat of detection.

I like making Jotaro shoot himself with Suicided quickhack just like that time in JJBA when Jotaro points a revolver on his head. Too bad this Jotaro doesn't have a stand

Overclock + Blood Pump & Biomonitor means anything beyond Synapse Burnout is a waste of time.

If you think Synapse Burnout costs too much, you're not specced correctly - You can literally just pop Overclock and wipe whole groups of enemies with that one hack. It one-shots most everything once you're mid-level.

Sonic Shock > Burnout takes care of virtually every enemy. Maybe not on higher difficulties, but it's great for a first time Netrunner build on easy/normal Just dump all point into Intelligence and unlock all the perks along the middle and left trees and you're OP by lvl 15. Invest in cyberware that increases your RAM and you'll be taking out entire rooms. I managed a stealth escape from Konpeki Plaza using just those two quickhacks and shutting down the cameras.

Synapse Burnout is busted. It not only combos well with overlock, but it combos with itself to use less RAM each time it neutralizes someone. If you get the cyberware that allows your quickhacks to crit, it will do a ton of damage when it does (getting the 100% crit chance from Dog Town makes it pretty much a OHKO on most enemies in the game.) Oh, and the more RAM you have spent, the more damage it does AND overclock increases the damage further. Unless it's a covert mission, I don't care if they trace me. Everyone is getting their brain fried. And if a netrunner tries to hack me, I'll just reverse uno them AND their friends.

Synapse Burnout is actually S+++ tier if you use it correctly. Used in tandem with overclock, cyberware malfunction and system collapse you can get an inifinte RAM/Health loop and even oneshot Adam Smasher on very hard (yes it even bypasses his health checkpoints...)

Im NGL after checking out the new perks and build options in Cyberpunk, the way they have been simplified build choices made me insta quit Cyberpunk. feels so bland and generic now. thanks for the content tho and hopefully some folks still are having fun the game

Me nodding along while reloading shotgun and then clearing entire buildings in a minute with shotgun build. Go ahead and hack the corpses if you want.
