How to Install, Activate & Update Waves Plugins: Waves Central Tutorial

i bought a couple plug ins about a year ago. i just moved to a Mac instead of windows, my
plug-ins say activated and installed but aren’t appearing in pro tools. I hope i don’t need a subscription now, do i?

well, my diamond collection is registered, but not my plugins, i just cannot use them on ableton beacuse plugins are on demo ....

I just bought the EQ plugin from Waves but I can't seem to activate it without walking into an annual subscription costing 5 times the individual plugin on a yearly basis? WTH!

I can’t believe I have to go through all this BS. I should be able to download my ish and install it with out all of this extra stuff. My wave central does not log in to my account and I haven’t heard back from support for over a week ! I still have not been able to us3 what i bought !!! This is the last time I swear

Hello Waves Audio, I have a problem to activate V10 plugins. In Licenses I have only V12 plugins. How to activate the V10 plugins?

Before this subscription thing came I bought 2 products from you but I never get an activated notification. I did before but now it says "running in demo mode" and asking me to subscribe to activate? Give my money back!

Besides the obvious atrocity that Waves caused by greed it's funny how coincidentally my plugins are not showing up in Pro Tools 10 and other plugins aren't showing up in Ableton Live 10. Tech support is recommending I do a complete uninstall/install. I've gone down this road like 5 times in the last 6-7 years. I didn't update, install or purchase anything either, it just happens for no reason... Differen't versions of plugins means different processes when installing. What an absolute disaster and flawed foundation. I've never experienced so much annoying bullshit with any other company in my life...

I bought the gold bundle for waves years ago and i am trying to install them cuz i bought them!! If your telling me i need to pay a subscription to use my expensive plugins now that its 2023 I'll be heated, this is series 10 not sure i need waves 10 legacy version or what.

I am benefiting from subscription based.

Waves has code for their plugins and that is all. The relationship with the customer is all but destroyed. Sad.

Already deleted ALL of my waves plug ins. Fool me once…never again!!

It should've realized that other companies now make great products and there are other options now. Can't treat customers that way and expect an apology to just gloss it over.

I'm glad they listened to what we had to say. as an apology they should abolish the wup and we will forget about this incident. waves take example from competitors like plugin alliance, softube, etc. free updates are nothing above average. it would be a nice gift for loyal customers.
