Bro you need a high charm skill, and then you will be able to persuade the lords to join your kingdom. There is also other skills to use, like roguery to threaten people etc. It isn't random.

hey brother, I dunno if you intend to make a viable channel to earn you some bucks, but if so you should work on your oratory skills. Like you are giving some cool tips here but if you sound like you'd rather be doing anything else, you will also make the audience feel like they should be doing something else... which is obviously not good. 😂

now don't become as jumpy as some content creators are, that seem. too overjoyed over the most insignificant things... that's even more annoying.

Every lord tells me 'I'm happy with my liege and there's nothing you can do to change that'... What's up with that?

I keep getting the message "i am happy with my current liege. Neither your purse nor our relationship is deep enough to change that" even with lords i have a relation of 30 or so with. Does it need to be better or what?

i can only recruit them as a mercenary how do any of you get them as a vassal?

When I do it they just say they are happy with their current liege

saves dont work on it anymore,as its random each time

Just a small doubt when i convince them they say that they are glad to serve their liege and do not want to serve another one so how can i stop that and tell them to join me

DUDE it took me so long to figure this out. you can only recruit clans that dont have a town or fief! because towns or fiefs are worth about 1 million denars in this game!

It never lets me negotiate anything more than money or horses.

This part of the game is still not built realistic and how it should be. The traits does not affect anything and you just randomly get the success or not. It is absolutely random. This is annoying.

I am not entirely sure about this but there are strong indications the percentage chance differs between simply clicking the full sentence as answer and specifically clicking on the color coded charcater descriptions. Such as "Honor" which can be colored green, Grey or red for example.
I got married in one of my campaign extremely easy once I picked my red honor trade after numerous fails doing otherwise.
I can only assume with such low skills in charm this character had but executing lords like crazy, my red Honor-status was very convincing so to speak, although my chance was shown as being fairly low. Could be more of an "average" value we see

One thing I hate about AI clans is the lack of control you have over them. I've literally had AI clans drag me into countless wars because they attack whoever their clan had beef with before even joining my faction.... So freaking annoying, now I'm warring with wife's father's Kingdom. We need more control over these trouble making bastards.

This is probably the single most important thing to do in game. Eventually as nations get weaker their lords join the stronger factions meaning one big steamroller!

Do clans gives you income?

I can get any of the nobles I offer like 100k in gold it moves the agreement to like a sliver on the negotiation bar.... wtf

But how do you get then to stay?

Whenever I do this they ditch my kingdom within minutes

If you manage to get 2 or 3 out of the speech checks but fail, just save the game after you fail and load it back. Voila you have 2 or 3 check rightover and still have 4 more chances to complete it.
