Download latest file from FTP server automatically || Python

Is there any alternative to this as I don't have access to sendcmd to ftp

please get code how to download csv file from ftp and show latest data on web page...please help for write this code

Hello, could you please rewrite this code for as below requirement?

1> In root directory I have file which is coming in every 10 mins.
2> I want to move latest file to /Landing folder.
