ОтветитьWe want an intermediate version too. So am not like soo flexible as much as anna but can do more the the one shown in the beginner level. Who else agree?
ОтветитьThis is brilliant! I couldn't do a crab at all, couldn't get my head or shoulders off the ground. I did this once and was able to get my head off the ground. Second time I did it, I could do a full crab!

ОтветитьAnna, I have a knee contracture so I can't get on my knee to do this exercise. Can you show us how to do this when a person has limitations of getting down on the knee? Thank you in advance.
