When I be binge boxing virtually, it really pushes me to keep going longer than 45 minutes and it makes my boredom and loneliness go away. I can’t pace myself so I won’t be at risk for injuries. VR boxing helped me to become a better person for “society.” It’ll help me to get through the dark bad days and get me in shape. The heavy and speed bags is my demons and I be going to war against both of them by punching it “nonstop.” Have a good 1 G. You have inspired me to exercise more. 🤗🤗🤗🫂🫂🫂. Ответитьfor lifting, look into active stretching, mostly they were pretty good, but static stretching will make you weaker sadly.
