Just don't eat anything after 8 o clock and during the day, ONLY eat when you're really hungry. That's it. You'll lose weight even if you don't exersise.

Let's be for real, you don't have to avoid snacking if you're being in deficit 'cause this mechanism works no matter of what you're eating but of how much energy you're giving your body per day.
It's actually pretty sad to see how much young people on internet are beliving stuff like that and then ending up with unhealthy relationship with food.
Guys, if you want to know how to loose/gain weight then the only thing you need is to read about TMR (total metabolic rate) and you'll have what you want without having any problems.
One thing you have to know now is that 1500 kcal isn't right amount, it may be your BMR but it's not including your physical activity so basically it's just undereating.
Care about your body and remember to be healthy!

Most ppl try to misguide you by fake showing that they eat average to moderate and still manage to stay this thin and lean. But believe me I had to work and starve so hard to become 48 kg from 89 kg. I’m still aiming to get 45 kg. But seems like I’m stuck there. Can you please suggest your cheat days diet routines too? And how frequently do you take cheat days? Thanks so much. Love you already ❤

I'm a teen who has been trying to lose weight for years now but I haven't been successful whatsoever. I has my growth spurts + puberty, of course, which made me gain weight pretty rapidly but my weight loss attempts were failures. Now I am 5'7 and 180 lb. It is horrible. I have been going to the gym for the past few months (lifting weights) and eating healthy but haven't seen any changes at all. My weight just stayed the same. I don't understand what I am doing wrong and I just REALLY NEED HELP KNOWING!

ОтветитьYeah I'm underweight and I have the same diet. Mostly I eat when I want to which is not a lot so I'm good. I eat unhealthy foods sometimes but I don't seem to gain.
