How to Allow a Port or Program through Firewall Windows 10 PC

hi i have the same problem but i also have norton on my pc, can you do a tutorial on how to make norton allow a port though, i have lookt into norton but it isen't that easy to navigate.

Can you do a video on how to turn on the 'Guest or Public Networks' and 'Private Networks' because mine are managed by my McAfee so I can't change them.

Hey so there's a problem. Now it doesnt work, even anything i tried to port forward like making a teamspeak server with the port forward wont work please help on how to fix it

Doesnt work, my friend keeps getting time out immidiately. i checked mulitible time and every time it said the port was open. i even checked the rules for flaws, for instance maybe i accidentaly blocked connection instead of allowing it. but nothing. nada. i did everything i was supposed to, but it doesnt work.

i have manage to start my server but when my ip adress change i panicked but when i already do it again it says closed do I call my ISP
