ОтветитьHi! I'm 30 years old, but I've put my body through some damage over the years, and have had trouble keeping up with stretching routines made for people in my age bracket. I've been using this video on a regular basis for a few weeks, and I've been feeling great! It's very simple and doesn't put me through any pain. Thank you so much! <3

ОтветитьAt the time I first found you, Mike, I wasn't commenting. Just to let you know that I do these morning stretches every day. I no longer need to do them while watching you: I've memorized the entire routine to include the timing! However, every so often I do use this video. I also do your 4 Everyday Stretches daily which I've also memorized. You basically start of my days! Thanks...Anastasia

ОтветитьHi thank you for your video, I personally think those moves are great. Just a suggestion, when you do the recording, please use a microphone to record your instruction. I play your video for our residents in an aged care facility, they said that cannot understand what you said. Therefore, I have to stop the video. If you can improve the sound recording quality especially for seniors, you will surely have more subscribers.

ОтветитьMike I just love your videos! I find myself hearing your voice during the day " maintain that up right posture" and I suck it in and stand up straight.. I find myself doing leg lifts when I'm waiting for the water to boil. I've even caught myself in the grocery store doing toe lifts.I wish I had found you sooner- you are a life saver! Never felt better-
