Hey kesh. Been binge watching your content. Would you kindly look at my answer and score it so that i would have an idea of where i must improve? Your time is highly appreciated!
The given maps illustrate the view of Norbiton industrial area as of now versus what it would potentially look like in the future. Overal, the future plan of the area comes with tremendous improvements and major additions such as a school, medical centre and innumerous houses.

All the factories would be removed and instead houses will be constructed and distributed throughout the area, including one in the farmland. A new bridge will be constructed over the river, which will act as a connection between the town and farmland. The connectivity throughout the town will be enhanced by increasing the number of roads. The far east of the town will have a school and, a playground will be constructed adjacent to it on the left. An additional round-about will be constructed below the already existing one. On its right side a medical centre will be established while the left side will have shops.

The first map illustrates the previous layout of a town called Norbiton, while the second map depicts the forecast developments in the future. Overall, there are several developments have been made so far.
It can be seen that there will be an another roundabout located in the south of area. This roundabout will connect the actual roundabout which was built before the development. Around the new roundabout, there will be a new medical centre in the east-north side and shops in the west-north side. Moreover, there will be several roads added to the actual roundabout which were surrounded by many residences.
In the east side of the Norbiton, majority of houses will stay the same but the school can be seen at the end of the industrial area. Also the farmland will be planned to relocated in the east side of the industrial area. Finally, it is planned to construct a T-shaped road which goes through the river and at the top of the area, it is planned to locate one more crib.
