Hi I’m having an issue where it says “car info program exception exit now”. The screen itself works fine but non of the buttons in the car work and I can no longer open the canbus settings or car info as it crashes. Any idea what to do ?

when i connect to carplay the screen goes blank, and works when i leave the carplay screen, can rebooting fix the carplay issue, it only happens when i connect to the apple carplay

I have a problem with a similar radio.

I wanted to do a factory reset, and it started to erase the data, then it reboot itself and now its stuck with just a black screen.
After manual reset its just shows the Logo and after that again just a black screen.
Please give any info to fix this.

I didn't know how long I had to press the reset button! I held the reset button for about 40 seconds (the 5 touch buttons blinked about 3 times) and now the navigation doesn't open at all. The 5 touch buttons light up, but I have no image at all. I don't know how to restart it, the reset button DOESN'T WORK. I look forward to an answer. Thanks a lot!

Press RST and keep pressing 5 fingers on screen, until it going to the reset screen

This method doesn't work for me. Should I try pressing the RST button with the ignition off and holding it down to turn the ignition on?
