From Local to Regional to Global Player: The Evolution of Aramex

As organizations evolve from operating in a single country to becoming global businesses, they face many challenges and potential pitfalls. Aramex focused on talent management issues across the organization, as it moved from a local player to a global competitor. To create this video, the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Foundation traveled to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and interviewed top executives at Aramex.
