How to Recall/Cancel a Sent Email in Outlook

When I tried to recall the message or even when I tried to resend, it shows both the original mail and the resend/ recall mail

for anyone this isn’t working for! : go to your sent folder>double click on the email>in the far right corner click on the 3 dots>look for a button that says actions>recall button will be right there

HI! I sent an email to three people. In 10 minutes, i recalled the message as you explained above. I had also ticked the box to receive a notification on whether it was successful or not. HOWEVER, I did not receive any notification. Was it successful or not? Also, what happens if only one person read it and others two did not?

What happens with Cc? if the receiver read the mail but not Cc person.

Can we recall mail from Outlook app for the mail which we send on Outlook Web ?
