It's not easy because you don't have the website set up for referrals that have already been sent to you by the GP or surgeon and in one instance, I didn't have a copy of the referral because the surgeon didn't send it to me. Please get your website fixed to have a check box if the referral has already been sent so we don't have to wait on the phone for over 10 minutes then hang up because our call still didn't get answered!
